COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Bavaria. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:

General

Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Only people who are fully vaccinated or recovered are authorised to stay at the hotel.

Business travellers need an urgent reason and proof from their employer. They can also provide a negative PCR test certificate in case they are not vaccinated or recovered.

Where are the closest test stations?

  • BRK Kreisverband, Tegernseestraße 5 | Monday - Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: approx. 10 minutes (900 m) on foot
  • Test centre Loretowiese | Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Sundays and public holidays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: approx. 10 minutes (1 km) on foot

What is the maximum number of people allowed in one hotel room?

Family members of one household regardless of the number of people; guests from different households must book separate rooms.

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

An FFP2 mask must be worn at all times in all public hotel areas, except for the own room and while seated at the restaurant table.

Is there the possibility of digital contact tracing?

Yes digital contact tracing in our hotel is carried out via the Corona-Warn-App and the luca app.

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in public hotel areas such as the lobby and public toilets.
  • Public toilets are cleaned and disinfected with increased frequency.
  • To protect both our guests and employees, the reception is fitted with plexiglass panes.
  • Access to the lift is currently limited to 2 people. A mask must be worn during use.
  • We actively point out the current regulations to our guests.
  • The minimum safety distance of 1.5 m must be kept at all times.

Gastronomy

Breakfast

Breakfast is served as our regular breakfast buffet.

Breakfast hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Sunday 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Hotel bar

Our bar is open to hotel guests. We do not serve beverages after 0:00 a.m. After that, you are allowed to take your beverage to your hotel room.

Room service

Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice.

Meetings & Events

Our meeting room capacities are currently limited to a maximum number of 49 people. >> further details
